Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most unused and unopened items in their original condition. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and personal care products
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Final sale items marked “non-returnable”

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and access the “Order History” section
  2. Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason
  3. Print the provided return label and packing slip
  4. Securely package the items in the original packaging
  5. Attach the return label and drop off at the designated carrier location

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount for non-defective returns.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement once we receive the returned item.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Store Credit Option
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us through our website contact form.

Sale Items
Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund. Sale items can only be returned for store credit unless they are defective.

Gift Returns
Items marked as gifts may be returned for store credit. The store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
